GENERATE showcases the work of graduating creatives from the MA Performance Design, MA Scenic Art, FdA and BA (Hons) Costume, and BA Production Arts courses at the Theatre School.
This year’s event will be held at the iconic M-Shed in Bristol’s harbourside between Friday 9 and Sunday 11 July. Whether you’re interested in theatre and the visual arts, considering a professional career in the creative industries, or just intrigued about work that goes on behind-the-scenes to bring a show to life, we’re delighted to welcome you.
“Out of crisis is often borne great innovation – and indeed creativity. It’s often claimed that Shakespeare wrote King Lear during an outbreak of the plague, and during the Covid-19 crisis, our students have produced some phenomenal and truly beautiful work. The Generate exhibition is a testament to their tenacity and resolve and we look forward to welcoming the public to what promises to be a fitting celebration of the culmination of their training.”
Jenny Stephens, Artistic Director
