Rebecca Daltry

MFA Professional Voice Studies Student

Biography

Rebecca is currently undertaking an MFA in Voice Studies at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. After graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in Acting she has loved working as an actor, devisor, and puppeteer, but is now excited to be taking a new direction as a Voice Practitioner. Rebecca hopes to work extensively with professional voice users to nurture and highlight their vocal and story-telling capabilities. She is currently gaining experience as Assistant Accent and Dialect Support on the BOVTS third year production of The Last Days of Judas of Iscariot.

One of my favourite parts about BOVTS is that it feels ‘homegrown’. From the set to the costume, lighting, acting and sound, every single aspect of a theatre production or film is down to the students. The location of Clifton is so serene and the School being so small everyone knows each other and it feels so personal and special. Violet Morris, BA Professional Acting Student
